| 摘 要： | 针对我国民办教育的性质及其面临的环境,提出民办教育三个方面的特殊财务观念:依托市场的观念,即依托市场广开财源,围绕市场配置资金;防范风险的观念,包括防范政策风险、管理风险、市场风险和资金风险;管理阶段性观念,即民办教育初期应以筹资管理为主,加强财务核算。中期以支出管理为主,加强财务监督。后期以投资管理为主,加强财务预测和决策。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a study of some condition of nongovernmental education and puts forward three special financial ideas: 1.isea on Marketing:collecting funds based on market and investment adapting market;2.idea about how to Keep away risk.That includes preventing policy risk,management risk,marketing risk and funds circle disorder risk;3.idea about Management step by step.To pay attention to raised money and financial accounting Primarily,payment management and financial control in Medium-term,investment management and financial forecast and decision in Later period. |
