灯头壳多工位拉深级进模设计

摘    要:针对灯头壳零件的结构特点和生产要求,介绍了灯头壳多工位拉深级进模的结构设计要点和工作原理.提出了控制模具动作顺序的施力措施及设计方法,叙述了采用浮动式凹模在多工位拉深模中的作用.应用结果表明,该模具结构保证了灯头壳冲压变形趋向的稳定性和可靠性,此设计方法对薄壁件多工位拉深级进模的设计具有通适性.

Abstract:To improve the characteristic of stamping process for lamp holder shell,the operation principle and structural design of multi-position progressive drawing and blanking die for lamp holder shell were described.The application of force in controlling the sequential operations of the die and its design method were discussed.The role of floating cavity in multi-position progressive drawing was illustrated.The results indicate that the die enhances the stability and reliability of stamping forming for lamp hold...
