| 摘 要： | 本文通过对中职、高职文秘专业课程设置的现状比较分析,发现专业理论课程有较大的重复、文化基础课程有脱节、高职教育没有很好地兼顾两类生源差异、各高职学院与中职相比,课程设置差异更大、中职升学考试对课程设置的影响较大、学制衔接模式较为单一,且不稳定等问题。为改善这些问题,本文提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Through the comparative analysis of secretarial major in secondary and high vocational education,we find some problems existing,such as the repetition of curricula,and the disjointedness of cultural studies.The essay offers some countermeasures for the cohesion of secretarial major from secondary to higher vocational education. |
