摘    要:现代项目管理理论以20世纪20年代甘特图的发明和五六十年代网络计划技术的应用为开始,现在已经发展成为一个非常成熟的理论。而以项目管理理论为基础,延伸出来的工程项目管理方法依然呈现蓬勃发展之势。依据工程项目管理理论与方法,通过细分化管理研究,即项目重点工程的二级挣值分析研究;通过对伊朗油气工程项目管理进行实证研究,了解国际项目管理的现状,学习重点项目的重点控制,从而实现效率化、效益化。

Abstract:With the invention of Gantt chart in 1920s and the employment of network planning technology in 50s and 60s,the theory of modern project management has already developed to be mature.On the basis of this theory,the extended engineering project management method still shows a rapid growth trend.According to the theory and method of project management,this paper carries act the research on classified management,the second-level earned value analysis of key projects and does an empirical research on Iranian oil and gas engineering management.This paper aims to know the current situation of international project management and study the main control of key projects in order to realize efficiency.
