| 摘 要： | 培养物流服务第一线实用人才的目标,最终落实到物流专业课程的改革。针对物流设施设备这门课程,传统的考核方法不能发挥应有的引导激励反馈作用,本文提出了初步改革方案。以培养目标为依据,调整平时成绩的计分项目,并加大了其中的实训成绩比重,理论课考试中采用了物流设施设备相关视频作为材料,较真实地反映了学生平时的学习情况,形成了有效的激励和引导。

| Abstract: | The target of practical logistics talents training ultimately relies on the implementation of the curriculum reform of logistics major.For this course,traditional assessment methods cannot play its feedback function.Based on the curriculum-training objectives,a preliminary plan is proposed,in which the scoring items of usual results is adjusted and more stress is laid on practice report.This plan can faithfully reflects students＇ usual learning conditions and form effective stimulus and guidance. |
