摘    要:高等职业院校要坚持育人为本,德育为先,把立德树人作为根本任务。这不仅进一步明确了高职院校的人才培养目标,同时也对全面提高高职思想政治课教育教学质量提出了新的要求。在这种新的要求下,思想政治课教师的能力要不断地提高,以适应新形势、新发展的需要。应实施"以学生为主体,以教师为主导"的课堂教学模式,充分发挥教师的导向作用。

On the Empathy Competence of Ideological and Political Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:Higher vocational colleges should adhere to people-centered education,moral education first and regard morality education as the fundamental task.This not only further defines the talents training goal of vocational college,but also puts forward new requirements for the teaching quality of higher vocational ideological and political education.In this new requirement,ideological and political teachers' should continuously improve their teaching ability,so as to adapt to the new situation and new development needs.
