| 摘 要： | 调查研究是当前高校辅导员职责内容的重要组成部分,研究型辅导员队伍建设是高校辅导员发展的必然趋势。但目前辅导员职业认同感不强、工作时间多、工作压力大等问题制约了辅导员开展科研。高校应通过构建交流平台、完善评价激励制度等措施促进研究型辅导员队伍的建设。
