| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国的来华留学教育有了快速发展,但与美国、日本等发达国家相比还有很大差距。要建立与我国的国际地位和教育规模相匹配的来华留学教育体系,就要提高留学教育的核心竞争力,做好来华留学教育发展规划,投入人力物力加快高等教育国际化步伐,真正使中国成为最具吸引力的留学生留学目的地。
