| 摘 要： | 高职院校高素质、高端技能型人才培养需要高职院校、地方企业和地方政府共同参与。目前我国高端技能型人才还很缺乏,高职院校＂校企合作＂人才培养模式还不够完善,需要结合区域经济发展背景,政府参与、高职院校和企业全过程、全方位合作,才能形成高职院校＂校企合作＂创新人才培养模式的内涵建设体系。
