| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化的当今社会,地方高校在办学经费、招生、就业等方面都处于竞争的弱势地位。为走出办学过程中的困境,地方高校根据地方社会经济发展的实际情况,在办学定位、办学经费、学科及专业建设、人才培养等方面积极努力,发挥自身优势、扬长避短,走特色化的道路,唯有这样,才能在竞争激烈的高校办学中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | The school-running fees,enrollment and employment of local universities are in a relative weak position in the society when the higher education is popularized.In order to overcome the difficulties,the local universities should explore a special way in the school-running orientation,school-running fees,discipline construction and talent training according to the situation of local economy.Only by this,can the local universities develop. |
