我国家族企业人才流失的问题分析及对策

摘    要:我国私营企业的家族制管理不仅仅是经济现象,更是一种政治和文化现象,不是哪个决策者主观设计的结果,而是社会文化自然选择的结果。经过多年的发展,以家族制的方法管理企业已经成为我国大部分民营企业的普通管理模式。而企业要进一步发展扩大,就必须更加关注人力资源的管理问题。本文就我国目前家族企业人力资源管理的现状的优劣势进行讨论,并展开分析策划。
