| Abstract: | The general process of high-tech achievements commercialization reveals the business base of leading firm's technical venture to success. The successful establishment of the high-tech enterprise's business platform is the base or symbol of high-tech achievements commercialization. Business platform is the basic framework that determines the success or failure of high-tech venture. Constructing business platform is the core strategic target of high-tech venture investment. The analysis of ups and downs of Iridium Satellite system's business plans testifies the validity and maneuverability of business platform model. |
