| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、比较研究法对安徽省高校高水平田径运动队管理方面进行调查与分析，从中找出制约高校田径队进一步发展的管理方面因素，并对今后的有关部门组建田径运动队、合理的项目布局、制定相对完善的竞赛制度提供具体的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper makes some investigations and analysis on the management of high level teams of track and field Sports in colleges and universities of Anhui Province,by using methods of literature study,questionnaire survey and comparative study.Some factors in management,which has restricted the further development of teams of track and field sports,have been found out.The concrete suggestions about setting up teams of track and field sports,how to locate the project properly,and making perfect competition system also have been provided in this paper. |
