| 摘 要： | 本文针对中国现代远程教育的质量问题,通过分析质量问题产生的主要原因,提出使用基于手机短消息进行学科知识概念学习的解决方案,并进而论证了方案的技术可行性,以及该方案对于提高学习者的学习质量的有效性,最后给出了进一步研究建议与结论。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the main causes of quality problem of Modern Distance Education (MDE) in China, a solution based on Short Massage Service (SMS) of mobile phone is proposed. Through sound reasoning and technical demonstrations, the paper inferred that the solution provided is valid and feasible. At the end, suggestions on the further research are raised. |
