非英语专业口译素质拓展教育探究

摘    要:素质拓展教育是高等教育的重要组成部分。非英语专业学生中不乏优秀的语言学习者,良好的语言基础和扎实的专业素养使得对其开设口译素质拓展教育是可行的。非英语专业口译素质拓展课应以技能训练为主线,穿插不同领域的口译话题,使学生在掌握相关的口译技能的同时拓宽知识面,从而提升其综合素质。对非英语专业学生开设口译课是大学生素质拓展教育的有益尝试,也为我国培养社会亟须的口译人才做出新的贡献。

Abstract:Cultivation of students' overall quality plays an important part in higher education. Many outstanding English learners can be found in non-English majors, their good command of English language and professional knowledge makes interpretation education feasible for them. Interpretation course for non-English majors should be based on skill training with topics possibly concerning all walks of life. Students are expected to master interpretation skills and broaden horizons so that their overall quality can be improved. Interpretation education for non-English majors is beneficial to the development of students' overall quality, which will make contributions to the training of talent interpreters that are badly needed in our country.
