| 摘 要： | 高素质的公务员是政府高效的基本要素。相比其他方式,考试录用制度是选拔高素质公务员的一条有效途径,目前公务员考试录用制度还存在一些问题,文章从近年来我国公务员招录制度的现状出发,揭示其存在的问题并提出完善考录制度的途径。

| Abstract: | Highly-educated civil servants play an important role in an efficient government.Comparing with other approaches,Civil Service Examination system is a good way to take out highly-educated civil servants.There still exist certain problems.By analyzing the present situation of Civil Service Examination system,the author displays the existing problems and puts forward a good way to perfect this system. |
