| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆是大学重要的信息中心，它能为校园文化提供最重要的科学文化信息资源。大学的校园文化建设是维系学校精神文明发展的基础性工作。图书馆的科学文化信息功能无论在物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化层面上都能为校园文化作出重要贡献。图书馆要以信息建设为中心做好服务工作，以切实加强校园文化建设。
