校本教研制度建立的价值审视

摘    要:新基础教育课程改革背景下校本教研制度的建立已成为教育理论研究者和中小学教师共同关注的焦点。校本教研制度的建立从价值层面审视,其功能主要体现在对传统教研机制的更新功能、教师专业自主发展的保障和支持功能以及学校教研文化的重建功能。

Abstract:The establishment of school-based teaching research system has become the joint attention to which the teachers of primary and middle schools have paid in the context of new basic-education curriculum reform. As for the establishment of school-based teaching research system, its function at valuable level is mainly embodied in the function of updating traditional teaching research mechanism, the function of guaranteeing and supporting the autonomous development of teacher specialty and the function of re-establishing teaching research culture in school.
