| 摘 要： | 衰老动物的B细胞无论是对胸腺依赖性抗原,还是对非胸腺依赖性抗原的免疫应答能力都下降。这不仅表现在抗体的数量上,而且还表现在抗体的质量(对抗原的亲和力)上。
