球类选项课准备活动对学生的心理影响

摘    要:球类课的准备活动对顺利完成课程的目标有着重要的作用.通过实验,将准备活动按其活动形式分成徒手、带球、游戏、综合四大类型进行单组实验,结合问卷调查,对不同类型准备活动中学生的心理状态进行分析比较,认为球类课的准备活动,以有球的组织活动形式最好.

Abstract:In ball game lessons, warming-up activities play an important role in fulfilling the tasks of the lesson successfully. Through experiments and according to the activity form, the warming-up activity are divided into four types: playing with empty hand, playing with a ball, games and overall exercises. Combined with the questionnaire, we analyze and compare the psychology of the students in different types of warming-up activity and put forward a viewpoint that playing with a ball is the best type of activity.
