| 摘 要： | 全球生态伦理在国家关系中有其特定的内涵,它是一种进步的全球主义规范伦理。然而,在国际无政府状态下,全球生态伦理又往往陷入“公用地悲剧”、“逐鹿困境”、“责任困境”中。在国际无政府状态下走出全球生态伦理的困境,需要加强国际环境法、国际环境机制、全球公民社会的作用,从而在理性主义的指引下在道德与现实之间达成妥协。
