| 摘 要： | 私有财产权是个人权利的基础。许多国家都将私有财产权视为本国宪政的基石，置之于宪法重要位置加以保护。我国于2004年3月14日审议通过的宪法修正案，确立了宪法上的私有财产权保障制度，弥补了原有财产权制度的缺陷。这对我国宪政建设、^权保障、市场经济的深入发展具有重要意义。今后应建立和完善我国宪法实施保障制度，使宪法所确立的私有财产权能变为公民实实在在享有的权利。

| Abstract: | Property is the foundation of personal right. Many countries regard the private property right as the base of constitutionalism, and place it at the most important seat in order to bring better protection. In our country, the Constitutional Amendments, which was examined and adopted in 2004. March, establishes the constitutional protection of private property right, and makes up for the flaws of the previous system, and it will play an important role In constructing constitutionalism , protecting human rights, advancing market economy. We should perfect and rebuild the system, so that the private property right affirmed by constitution would become the real right enjoyed by citizens. |
