| 摘 要： | 健美操运动在我国开展二十多年,被列入大、中、小学体育教学计划和社会体育指导员培训教材,成为学校、企事业单位及社会活动网点全民健身的主要锻炼内容。高校开展健美操运动对促进与提高人才素质能起到积极作用,健美操教学己成为高校体育的重要组成部分,然而就当前浙江省高校健美操课开设的情况来看仍然存在着许多问题。在分析健美操吸引大学生参与的独特性基础上,就浙江省高校健美操发展的现状做了分析,针对其存在的问题提出了一些意见。

| Abstract: | Aerobics has been launched for more than 20 years in our country,is listed in university,middle and primary schools' sports teaching planning and social sports instructor's training materials,becomes tempering the content mainly of the school,enterprises and institutions and social activities site nationwide fitness programs.The aerobics can play a posirive role to promote and improve talent's quality.The aerobics teaching has become improtant components of university's sports,but there are many problems in the current situation of aerobics teaching in university of Zhejiang province of.This paper analyzes the current situation of aerobics teaching in university of Zhejinag province on foundation of the special characteristic that aerobics can draw college students in,then puts forward some advice on the probiems. |
