| 摘 要： | 软式排球运动是一项新兴的体育项目 ,它具有球体柔软 ,气压小 ,重量轻 ,规则简单易行 ,随意性大等优点 ,适合不同层次、水平的人参加 ,尤其适合高校开展。作者通过文献资料、问卷调查等方法研究认为 :软式排球项目适合在高等院校公共体育课中开展。

| Abstract: | The soft volleyball movement is a new event,It has the quality that the sphere is soft,the atmospheric pressure is little and its weight is light.The regulation is simple and easy to do.The quality awaits the strong point greatly as one pleases too.So it fits for all people especially fit for the university students.The Writer thinks that the soft volleyball item is fit for college students,after studying it by the methods of literature and questionaire. |
