| 摘 要： | 自从世界意义上的国际体系形成以来,大规模的战争和暴力是不同体系之间转换的基本形式.两极体系解体后,美国的霸权体系扩展到全球,国际恐怖主义暴力是当前体系转型中的能量释放,恐怖主义对国际社会具有极大的危害性,但不是国际社会的主流.国际社会的主流仍是国家间的竞争和合作.

| Abstract: | Wars and violence are the basic form of transformation of different systems since the formation of global international systems. Since disappearance of the bi-polar system, American hegemony system has expanded in the world. The violence from international terrorism is the energy release of the world and it threatens the world. However, international terrorism is not the main trend. Competition and cooperation among countries is the main trend in the world. |
