摘    要:建立了用阳离子交换树脂去除铝离子,然后用离子色谱法测定铝箔腐蚀液中硫酸根的方法.酸性条件下,阳离子交换树脂能够将铝箔腐蚀液中的Al3 全部除去;阳离子交换树脂不会吸附待测的阴离子;用离子色谱测定铝箔腐蚀液中SO42-可行,回收率93.81%~99.87%.样品处理的效果好,测定结果令人满意.

Abstract:After eleminating aluminium ion with cation exchanger,sulfate in etching baths of aluminium foil is determined by ion chromatography.In acid condition,the positive ionomer resin can get rid of the entire Al ion from the aluminum foil etching liquid.But it cannot attract the negative ion which will be estimated.It has the feasibility to use the ion-chromatogram to estimate the sulphation ion in aluminum foil etching liquid.The retrievable rate is from 93.81% to 99.87%.The method has been applied to the sample preparation and determination with satisfactory results.
