| 摘 要： | 注重水土保持是科学设计施工、提升工程综合效益的重要内容。宝鸡峡王家崖水库除险加固,各参建单位、部门应按照工程水保设计方案,遵循自然规律,加强组织协调,健全工作机制,落实水保措施,严格项目管理,强化水保监管,确保实现人水和谐目标。

| Abstract: | Attaching importance to soil and water conservation can scientifically improve construction design and the comprehen- sive benefit of the project. In Wangjiaya reservoir reinforcement project, each construction unit, and department of soil and wa- ter conservation should in accordance with the engineering design, follow the natural law, strengthen the organization and coor- dination, perfect job mechanism, to implement soil and water conservation measures, strengthen management and supervision, to ensure the goal of the harmony of human and water. |
