摘    要:目前大学生汉语写作能力普遍低下已到了怵目惊心的地步.造成大学生汉语表达能力退化,创新意识和能力不足,不利于大学生人文素养的提高,严重降低了大学生走上社会后的核心竞争力。本着贯彻“以学生为本、成就学生理想”的本科教育理念,青岛大学通过舆论引导,制度约束,写作理论和写作实践相结合,以写作实践促理论提升,实行应用文写作等级考试,倡导自学为主,讲授为辅,激励和规范大学生的写作实践,培养未来社会具有较高写作水平和综合竞争力的应用型拔尖创新人才。

Thoughts and Research on Strengthening the Chinese Writing Ability of Non-Chinese Major Students--With Qingdao University as an Example

Abstract:At present students' Chinese writing abilities are generally low enough to be shocked. It not only leads io the degradation of the college students' Chinese language skills ,the lack of innovative awareness and abilities,but also harms for to the development of college students' humanism and severely reduces the core competence of college stu- dents after working. Based on the undergraduate education concept of centering on the students and achieving students' ideal,through leading public opinion,system constraint, combining writing theory and writing practice,Qingdao University uses writing to promote theory,holds practical writing grade exam,advocates self-study mainly and teaching secondly. By these methods to encourage and standardize students' writing,train top practical and innovate talent with higher writing level and comprehensive competitiveness for future.
