摘    要:通识教育的目标是把学生培养成“全面发展的人”,其选课质量体系直接影响着通识教育实际开展的效果。以中国海洋大学本科生为调研对象,从完善该校通识限选课质量体系角度出发,基于ISO9000族标准理论和PZB服务品质缺口理论.量化分析该校学生对通识限选课服务质量维度和满意度指标的相关性认知情况,其结果表明:性别差异会影响学生对服务质量维度的认知;该校通识教育工作存在课程设置不完善、资金投入不足、师资配备不合理等问题;服务质量各维度与各满意度指标显著相关。

Abstract:General education's goal is to nurture students to be "comprehensive de- velopment man" ,the course's system of general education directly affect its quality. In or- der to perfect general limit elective quality system,this paper takes the undergraduate in ocean university of China for the research object,based on the ISO 9000 standard and the PZB service quality gap theory,then quantitative analysis the students' cognition of the relationship with the general limit elective service quality dimensions(tangibles,reliability, responsiveness,ensure sex,concert of sex) and satisfaction index (hardware facilities,the curriculum,the teachers teaching,information consulting, caring service). The results show that gender differences will affect the students' cognition of service quality dimensions; The present general education curriculum is not perfect,the capital investment is insuffi- cient,the equipped of teachers are unreasonable;Service quality dimensions and the degree of satisfaction are index significantly related.
