| 摘 要： | 教育部对中小学信息化建设于2000年就提出了明确要求。通过对信阳市中学信息技术教育的调查分析。目前的进展状况不容乐观，教育观念落后，软、硬件资源匮乏、师资力量薄弱、课程开设不均衡等7个方面的问题较为突出。为保证此项工作落到实处，必须采取树立新的教育观念、加强师资全员培训、建立良性运行机制等5项对策并注意4个方面的问题。
