| 摘 要： | 高职院校德育主体从理论与实践层面,围绕德育的理念、内容、方法、手段和机制等开展研究.但基于高职院校的特殊性,德育工作存在育人观念有误、主体价值丧失、实施途径偏颇、评价体系不科学等问题.为提升德育效能,高职院校德育工作必须创新德育思维方式,树立全员育人理念,倡导体验式德育模式.

| Abstract: | At present,the moral education of higher vocational schools has launched the in-depth research concerning mor al idea,moral content,moral methods,moral means and moral mechanism from the theoretical and practical level.Owing to the special nature of moral education in higher vocational schools,there are numerous problems such as"wrong education al concept","missing subjectivity value","biased implementation approach"as well as"unscientific evaluation system"in the field of moral education.In order to enhance the effectiveness of moral education,the higher vocational schools must conduct the innovative moral thinking ways,establish the all-staff educational concept and promote the experiential moral education model. |
