| 摘 要： | 通常认为编辑工作就是对文稿的策划、审读、加工、整理并使语言文字等进行规范化,但在市场经济和经济全球的大背景下,编辑的素质和品位还决定着出版物的质量,编辑的好坏更直接关乎我国出版事业的发展。因此,如何提高编辑素质,造就适应时代要求的复合型编辑人才就成为出版界永久的话题。

| Abstract: | It is generally believed that edit the draft of the work is on the planning,reading,processing,finishing and conducting standardized languages,and so on.But in the socialist market economy and the global economic context,edit their own moreover,the editorial quality and taste also determines the quality of publications,editors will have a more direct bearing on our country's publishing industry.Therefore,how to improve editorial quality,and who can adapt themselves to the requirements of the complex editing talents on the publishing industry to become a permanent topic. |
