| 摘 要： | 对1976年以来9个版本的国际艺术体操评分规则进行分析,结果表明:1)难度的发展和创新始终是艺术体操运动发展的主题,在创新难度动作时要以确保运动员身体不受伤害为原则;2)对于艺术体操运动来说,成套动作完成的高质量是艺术体操运动持续、稳步发展的生命线,运动员在平时训练过程中必须在动作规格上下功夫,养成良好的训练习惯;3)器械技术动作的发展受到高度重视,在今后的训练中应在器械技术动作的开发和训练上多下功夫;4)加强成套编排的艺术性,提高运动员完成动作的艺术表现力;5)跳步类和转体类身体难度动作能够较好地体现艺术体操的特性,并有利于与器械的结合,应加强运动员这两类技术动作的训练.
