摘    要:文章在介绍美国、英国、德国、日本等发达国家本科应用型人才培养典型模式的基础上,从"责任共担"视角分析了这些国家的政府、高校、企业和社会等主要利益相关者在人才培养过程中的责任分担情况和成功经验,为我国本科应用型人才的培养提供一些可以借鉴之处。

Abstract:Based on introducing the typical undergraduate application-oriented training model of the U.S.,UK,Germany,Japan and other developed countries,the article discussed the burden-sharing and the successful experience of the governments,universities,businesses and other major social interests stakeholders of these countries in the process of talent training from the perspective of shared responsibility,that provide some reference for our undergraduate application-oriented talents training.
