| 摘 要： | 特色化是大学挖掘生存空间、提高自身竞争力的必须选择。大学要走出一条符合自身实际的发展道路，要实现特色化办学，就需要一个有特色的教学管理制度与之配套，因此教学管理制度的创新是大学特色化发展的基础。本文在分析我国高校教学管理制度缺乏弹性等问题的基础上，基于特色化发展的视角提出了建立弹性的高校学分制度等创新措施。
