| 摘 要： | 本科导师制对培养个性化发展的创新型人才具有重要作用。为满足社会发展对高级人才的需求,提高本科人才培养质量,我国高校尝试引进本科导师制。文章阐述了导师制的起源、发展及在我国的实施现状,指出我国本科导师制实施过程中存在的内涵把握不清、运行机制不健全、师生人数悬殊大等问题,并针对问题提出导师制推行进程中在文化基础建设、规章制度健全及导师资源开发等方面的建议与对策。
