CaCl2对百合切花保鲜效应的研究

摘    要:该研究以1%的CaCl2+10%的蔗糖混合而成的溶液作为保鲜液,对百合切花进行瓶插实验,通过外部形态观察和生理指标测定,结果表明:CaCl2+蔗糖的保鲜液瓶插百合切花,可以保持切花的水分平衡,减少溶质外渗,维持膜结构的相对稳定性,提高切花瓶插期的观赏品质,从而使切花的瓶插寿命比对照延长2.4d.

Abstract:The base of Cut Lilium flowers was steeped in 10mg/ml CaCl2 solution. Observed outside morphology and determined physiological index, CaCl2 could maintain wate balance, decrease the solute esosmosis, maintain stability of membrane in petals of Lilium ,and improve the decorative quality of cut flowers in vasing duration. The vase-life of cut Lilium could extend for 2.4 days than control.
