| 摘 要： | 高职院校加强职业技能培养是国家经济建设的迫切需要,是教育体系科学协调发展的迫切需要,是职业院校生存发展的迫切需要,也是学生适应人才市场竞争的迫切需要。加强职业技能培养,必须跨越目前存在的观念上、教学上、管理上的误区,迅速制定专业培养目标,建设好双师型教师队伍和实习实训基地,向课堂教学要能力,创造全方位技能培养的氛围。

| Abstract: | To strengthen professional skills training in higher vocational colleges is the urgent need of the national economic construction, the scientifical development of the education system, the survival and development of vocational colleges' and the students' adaption to the talent's market competition. To strengthen professional skills training, we must cross over the present mistaken region of the idea, the teaching and we must set the professional training object rapidly, build bi-level staffs well and build a good practice and training base, get abilities from class instruction, create the atmosphere of the omnifaceted skill training. |
