| 摘 要： | 根据农村的界定,面向农村的职业教育的实质涵义是面向农村产业和农民的职业教育。前者是指涉农职业教育,后者包括对即将或已经转移到城市的农民工和在农村从事农业和非农产业的农民进行的职业教育与培训。基于这一涵义,发展面向农村的职业教育要重视为农村产业发展服务,同时重视职前教育和职后培训,在人力流动和使用方面给予政策支持。
