| 摘 要： | 411人才培养模式是指将高素质技能型人才的培养过程分成3个层次,即在前4个学期以项目课程为主进行教学和实训;在第5学期安排学生在校内进行综合模块实训;在第6学期安排学生到企业实习。该模式构建的核心环节是采用三纵三横设计法开发工学结合人才培养方案,构建综合化课程体系。模式实施的关键是建立实施层次化技能训练的实训基地,建立良好的教学质量保障监控体系,建立双师结构教学团队。
