| 摘 要： | 职教教师专业化发展要关注教师知识。职教教师专业化发展的知识基础具有特殊性,需要引入技术知识的概念,要确立技术知识在职教教师专业化发展中的核心地位。技术知识包括技术理论知识和技术实践知识,其核心是技术实践知识。在技术实践知识中,小部分是显性知识,大部分是隐性知识,所以,职教教师专业发展必须重视隐性知识的价值。
