| 摘 要： | 基于建筑工程技术专业人才培养目标,将其专业人才培养方案与施工过程对接,构建标准引领、施工导向、工学结合的2+1或2.5+0.5人才培养模式,在此基础上对课程体系进行拆分整合,并与施工过程融合,建立以职业素质平台、专业岗位能力平台、专业综合技能平台、职业素质拓展平台为基础的技能层进、课证合一的课程体系,同时建立实践教学体系,在人才培养全程渗透工学结合教学思想。
