| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法通过分析阳光体育运动的内涵、要求及民族传统体育的特点的基础上,重点探讨和论述民族传统体育融入中学体育活动对学校体育教育、阳光体育运动与民族传统体育资源开发利用方面的价值,并提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature,logical analysis,through analyzing the connotation,requirements and the characteristics of traditional national sports,the paper stresses the value of traditional national sports melting into middle school P.E.and the influences on school P.E.,Sunshine sports program and the exploitation of traditional national sports resources,and provides some suggestions for them. |
