普通学生与网球专业学生腕关节肌肉与肌电活动的比较性研究

摘    要:目的]通过对普通学生与网球专业学生腕关节肌肉力量和肌电活动参数进行比较和相关性分析.方法]受试者为24名大学生志愿者(网球组12名,对照组12名).GoodStrength力量测试训练系统测试30s内最大力量,同时用芬兰MegaWinMuscleTesterME3000P4肌电测试系统记录受试者腕屈肌、腕伸肌、尺侧腕屈肌和背侧第一掌骨间肌的平均水平、最大值、积分面积、中值等肌电参数.结果]①网球运动员最大屈腕力量、背侧第一掌骨间肌电参数的平均水平、最大值、中值和腕屈肌的中值显著增加(P<0.05);②网球运动员最大屈腕力量与尺侧腕屈肌和背侧第一掌骨间肌的平均水平、最大值、积分面积、中值等肌电参数极显著正相关(P<0.01),与腕伸肌的平均水平、最大值、积分面积、中值等肌电参数极显著负相关(P<0.01).结论]屈腕力量的大小不仅取决于原动肌的收缩力量,而且取决于对抗肌的舒张;网球运动员在屈腕过程中各肌肉的协调性增强.

Abstract:To compare and analyse the relationship between sEMG indices and strength of wrist joint muscles of the tennis training sportsmen and that of the students.24 healthy male subjects (12 tennis sportsmen and 12 students )performed 30 second movement of flexor wrist and record the max,force was recorded with Goog Strength Force Test System and aver.level,max,area,median of sEMG indices of basic results of Extensors of the wrist,flexor of the wrist,flexor carpi ulnaris muscle and First dorsal interosseous muscle with MegaWin Muscle Tester ME 3000 P4.①The tennis sportsmen’s max.force of flexor wrist,aver.level,max,median of First dorsal interosseous muscle and Median of Flexor of the wrist increase significantly (P<0.05);②Max.force of flexor wrist of tennis sportsmen is position relationship with aver.level,max,area and median of flexor carpi ulnaris muscle of first dorsal interosseous muscle significantly (P<0.01),is position relationship with aver.level,max and median of flexor of the wrist significantly (P<0.01),is negative relationship with aver.level,max,area and median of extensors of the wrist significantly (P<0.01).Force of flexor wrist is decided by contraction of motive muscle and diastole of antagonism muscle;coordination of wrist joint muscles of tennis training sportsmen strengthens.
