| 摘 要： | 采用Tetrax平衡仪测试受试者双脚自然站立时一般稳定性指数（ST）、姿势摆动的频谱分析、体重分布、同步性指标;研究结果：男女性同性别不同年龄组之间平衡机能测试值无明显差异（P〉0.05）;男女性平衡机能指标均呈现先增至某一峰值（15-17岁组）,后逐渐减小趋势,增长敏感期和衰减明显期分别出现在15-17岁组之前和51-55岁组之后;5-14岁男性平衡机能指标明显优于女性,而46-60岁男性平衡能力指标差于同龄女性。结论：在5-17岁和46-60岁对机体进行适时合理的运动干预可更为有效地提高或改善人体平衡机能。

| Abstract: | The general stability index,postural sway spectrum analyses,weight distribution and synchronizations were measured in standing position with eyes open using Tetrax balance system.Results: There were no significant differences in variables of balance in different age groups in the same sex(P>0.05);The changes of townspeople balance function is increasing to some peak value(15-17 years old),then gradually reduced,the period of significant growth and reduce respectively appear in before 15-17 years old and after 51-55 years old;The male balance function of 5-14 years old is significantly higher than the female of the same age stage,but the male balance function after the female of the same age stage in 46-60 years old.Conclusion: The sensitive periods in 5-17 years old and 46-60 years old are able to more effectively provide for raising and minimizing the loss of balance. |
