| 摘 要： | 国家深化和落实教育综合改革过程中,教育智库起到了举足轻重的作用。基于教育政策的"问题确认"、体现信任互利的"善治取向"和契合知识应用的"信息交互"是教育智库建设的逻辑起点。高校作为教育智库的主体,其功能主要体现在致力顶层设计规划,服务政府决策;搭建协同交流平台,提供重要政策咨询;着力人才培养,丰厚公共智力储备。合作办学作为落实教育智库功能发挥的主要形式,通过建立起以理事会、学校发展委员会、学科教学指导委员会为核心要素的新型现代学校治理机制,来进一步激发与促进教育活力。

| Abstract: | Educational think tank plays an important role in the deepening and implementation of the comprehensive educational reform.Logical starting points of the construction of educational think tank include "problem confirming",which is based on education policy, "sound governance orientation",which embodies mutual trust,and "information interaction",which conforms to knowledge application.As the main body of educational think tank,universities should commit to the top-level designing,serve for government decision-making,build collaborative communication platform,provide important policy advisory services,focus ontalent cultivation,and increase public intellectual reserve.As the main form of implementing the function of educational think tank,cooperative school-running can further stimulate and promote the vitality of education by establishing a new modern mechanism for school governance with the core elements of the council,the school development committee and the discipline teaching guidance committee. |
