| 摘 要： | 农村是一个随着分工和生产力的发展而不断生成的生产空间、权力空间和文化空间。但是,由于农业生产方式的特殊性和农村社会系统的历史发展规律,资产阶级对农村社会秩序的重构却始终无法消除以“小农”为表征的现代化阻力。在生产资料私有化的前提下,资本主义的农村生产空间,虽然实现了以市场为导向的社会化大生产,但是由农业无产者和小土地所有者构成的分散、孤立和依附性的农村生存境况却并未消失。为了真正和解农村与现代化之间的张力,社会主义国家治理既是国家治理技艺本身的一次探索,也是农村历史发展的未来方向。通过公有制基础上的农业生产力的技术扶植和产业升级,以及社会主义法治和基层民主对农村政治共同体的重构,农村的“小农症候”也许会在集中、联合与自觉的实践中得以自我扬弃。

| Abstract: | The rural area is an ever-changing multiple space of production,ecology,power and culture driven by the development of labour division and productivity.In the latest centuries,the capitalist productive system derived from city and industry continuously intervened the rural space and commenced the modernization of rural area through marketization and rule of law.However,due to the historical attribute of agricultural production and rural social system,the reconstruction of the political and economical order in rural area by capitalists failed to removed the anti-modernization symptom expressed by petty farmer.By the privatization of means of production,though the socialized large scale production established in the capitalized rural area,the isolated and anaclitic status of agricultural workers and petty farmers still survived.In order to solve the tension between rural area and modernization,the socialist governance is not only an exploration of governance art,but also apossible future for the rural society.Based on the public ownership,the massive technology support and industrial upgrading,as well as the reconsitution of rural political community by socialist rule of law and grassroots democracy may realize an centralized and unified practice,which can eventually sublate the petty-farmer symptom that is in the way of rural modernization. |
