| 摘 要： | 明初朱元璋推行的国子监生历事措施是后来监生历事制度的雏形,此措施对明代整个官员职前培训制度的形成起了促进作用,并对明初的政权建设乃至整个明朝选官制度和教育制度都产生过一定影响。学界对明代监生历事的研究虽然取得了可喜进展(历事的种类、期限、名额、条件等方面多有研究),但对于朱元璋推行监生历事措施原因的探讨尚显不足,本文侧重于探讨后一问题。

| Abstract: | In early Ming Dynasty,the measures of the Imperial College Students by Zhu Yuanzhang are the embryonic form of the Imperial College Students and these measures urged to proceed the official training system,also they give rise to further effect on the regime construction,even official selection system and education system of the whole Ming Dynasty.Academic Circle has achieved gratifying result on the research of The Imperial College Students,however the discussion of the reason why Zhu Yuanzhang carried out the measures of the Imperial College Students seems to be insufficient.This article gives preference to the latter. |
