| 摘 要： | 分析产学研协同创新合作中知识产权保护存在的问题,并提出具体对策:完善知识产权保护制度;增强产学研创新的内在驱动力;产学研知识产权质押融资;建立便捷的知识产权保护中介服务体系。通过加强知识产权保护管理,防止知识产权流失,促进产学研协同创新合作的良性发展。
