| 摘 要： | 绿色经济转型发展是可持续发展观下的必然选择。是具有自然、社会经济与技术管理共同影响的,综合生态经济、知识经济与绿色技术等特征的新经济形态。在保山绿色经济的发展实践中,针对区域未来发展的机遇和发展空间,发挥区域优势条件,制定了绿色农业、生态工业、绿色消费与服务业为主的绿色经济体系及发展措施,使区域资源环境保护和绿色产业集群发展提高到了一个新的阶段。

| Abstract: | Green economy as necessary choice in sustainable development concept,and is one new economy form combined features of ecological economy and knowledge economy and green technology common jointly affected by the nature and soc-economy and technology management.In the paper,Baoshan as one actual example directed towards to the economic increasing opportunity and new development space in the future,Baoshan region formed the green economics system including green agriculture and green industry and green service by handling the superior factors,and also formulated related developing measure at the same time.As the result,both the regional environment conservation and the green production cluster all raised to one new higher level in Baoshan. |
